B. Approved resolution authorizing modifications to Richfield Rehabilitation Deferred Loan

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE HOME
REHABILITATION DEFERRED LOAN PROGRAM
This HRA Resolution appears as HRA Resolution No. 922 in HRA Resolution Book NO.7.
C. Approved agreement reducing amount of secured funds provided for in Assignment of Deposit
Account between HRA and Gramercy Corporation for City Bella project S.R. No. 21
D. Approved contract with Center for Energy and Environment to administer Richfield Apartment
Remodeling Program S.R. No. 22
M/Linnihan, S/Stokes to approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion carried 4-0.

Executive Director Orduno introduced Sid Inman of Ehlers & Associates, Inc. who
presented a Tax Increment District Status Update.
Commissioner Kirsch commended staff and Ehlers & Associates for doing such a great job.
Larry Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth Avenue, asked questions regarding ILN District and if
the Penn Avenue Bridge Bonds had been met.
Mr. Inman explained the ILN District and Penn Avenue Bridge Bonds.
M/Stokes, S/Kirsch to accept the Richfield HousinQ and Redevelopment Authoritv Annual
Tax Increment District Status Update.
Motion carried 4-0.
