RESOLUTION NO. 9843
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City and Ryan Companies US, Inc. have entered into a Public
Improvements and Special Assessments Agreement dated June 30, 2006 (the
"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the City and Ryan desire to amend the Agreement to address
changed circumstances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Richfield, Minnesota as
follows:
1. The First Amendment to Public Improvements and Special Assessments
Agreement is approved.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the First
Amendment to Public Improvements and Special Assessments
Agreement on behalf of the Council and to take all actions and do all
things that are reasonable necessary to the fulfillment of the City's
obligations under the Agreement.
