The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:00 p.m.

Dmytrenko, Assistant to City Manager; Jay Henthorne, Police Lieutenant;
Charlie O'Brien, Code Compliance Specialist; Rick Regnier, Chief Building
Official; Debbie Erickson, Lead Dispatcher; AI Payne, Facilities Manager;
Brian Young, Utility Superintendent; Kristin Asher, Assistant City Engineer;
Randy Hughes, Operations Superintendent; Chris Regis, Finance Manager;

Fire Services Director Sveum, Public Safety Director Scott, and Police Lieutenant Henthorne
facilitated the National Incident Management System and Incident Command System training.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:00 p.m.
