AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX 1
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Appendix 1 which describes the boundaries of the various zoning districts of the City is
hereby amended in the following respect:
Section 2, Paragraph (9) is amended to read as follows:
(9) M-6, Th3t 3rea lying between the center line of Nicollet ^vonue and
the 'Nest linG of Meredith's Addition, and between the center line of
70th Street 3nd 3 line dist3nt 175 feet northerly 3nd p3r311el thereto.
That area Iyinq between the center line Nicollet Avenue and the west line of
Meredith's Addition, and between the center line of 70th Street and a line
distant 133 feet northerly and parallel thereto.

(1) M-6 (NE corner. 70th and Nicollet) That area Iyinq between a line distant
133 feet northerly of the center line of 70th street and parallel thereto. and a line 147 feet
northerly of said line and parallel thereto. and Iyinq between the center line of Nicollet
Avenue and the west line of Meredith' Addition.
