03-908r 82 HRA RESOLUTION NO. 908 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE PLAT OF CITY BELLA WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield ("HRA") is the fee owner of certain land described as follows (the "Property"): That part of vacated lake Shore Drive, as dedicated in the plat of FAIRWOOD SHORES, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies northwesterly of the northwesterly line of lot 1, Block 1, GRAMERCY PARK RICHFIELD, which lies southeasterly of the center line of lake View Walk, said FAIRWOOD SHORES, and its southwesterly extension, and which lies northeasterly of a line drawn from the most westerly corner of said lot 1 to a point on the southwesterly line of lot 17, Block 3, said FAIRWOOD SHORES, distant 42.31 feet northwesterly, measured along said southwesterly line, from the most southerly corner of said lot 17. Together with adjacent streets and alleys, vacated or to be vacated, accruing thereto, and together with appurtenant easements; and WHEREAS, the HRA desires to include the Property within the proposed plat of CITY BELLA. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEO that the Executive Director and Vice Chair of the HRA are authorized and directed to execute the proposed plat of CITY BELLA by and on behalf of the HRA.
