HRA RESOLUTION NO. 924
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT
6819 OLIVER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into contract with BCB Construction Inc. for the
construction of 6819 Oliver Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the new home is completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, the Certificate of Completion for 6819 Oliver
Avenue can be issued.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 21st day of June, 2004.
