HRA RESOLUTION NO. 913
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTY AT 6309. BRYANT AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota entered into contract with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity for 6309
Bryant Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the home is completed;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, the Certificate of Completion for 6309 Bryant
Avenue can be issued.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 20th day of J.anuary 2004.
