06-993r HRA RESOLUTION NO. 993 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY TO RYAN COMPANIES US, INC. WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota (the "HRA") desires to develop certain real property in accordance with a Contract for Private Development with Ryan Companies US, Inc. (the "Developer"), dated July 27,2005 (the "Contract") and an amended First Amendment, dated June 30, 2006, (collectively, the "Contract") said real property described in the attached Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the HRA is authorized to sell real property within its area of operation after public hearing; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held after proper public notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield: 1. A public hearing has been held and the real property listed in the attached Exhibit A is authorized to be sold to the Developer in accordance with the Contract. 2. The Chairperson and Executive Director are authorized to execute the necessary documents or other agreements as required to effectuate the sale to the Developer.
