2006-14 Bill NO. 2006-14 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 18.41 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE, TRANSFER OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY lOCATED IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA The City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 1. Those portions of the real properties described in Exhibit A in the City of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, that are not required for road right of way, are hereby authorized to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of and conveyed by the City as herein provided to Ryan Companies US, Inc., in accordance with the Option and Right of First Refusal Agreement dated June 30, 2006. Section 2 The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to take all action as is required to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of and convey the real property described in the foregoing Sections 1 and 2, including, by way of illustration and not limitation, the execution of all documents, purchase agreements, deeds of conveyance, and other instruments connected with such sale, transfer or disposition and conveyance.
