The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Heimberger at 6: 15 p.m.
HRA Members
Present:
Joan Heimberger; Martin Kirsch; and Donna Drummond.
HRA Members
Not Present:
Sue Sandahl; and David Gepner.
Staff Present:
Steve Devich, Executive Director; Bruce Palmborg, Community
Development Director; Pat Smith, Community Development Manager;
Nancy Gibbs, City Clerk; and Bob Lindall, City Attorney.
M/Helmberger, S/Kirsch to excuse the absence of Chair Sandahl and Commissioner
Gepner from the Mav 2 Special HRA Meetinq.
Motion carried 3-0.

Executive Director Devich introduced HRA Attorney Robert Lindall.
HRA Attorney Lindall presented an update on the Cedar Point project. He explained that
the acquisition of two properties may be necessary in order to accomplish this. The HRA would
then have to meet on May 30 to hold a public hearing and pass a resolution for condemnation of
properties at 6415 17th Avenue, 6501 18th Avenue and 6509 16th Avenue.
Vice Chair Heimberger asked whp would be at the May 30 meeting.

Community Development Manager Smith said all the Commissioners would be present at
the May 30 meeting except Commissioner Gepner.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:45 p.m.
