Special Worksession
June 27, 2006
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:30 p.m. at the Water Plant Conference
Room.
Members Present:
Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Bill Kilian; Sue Sandahl; and Fred
Wroge.
Steven Devich, City Manager; Mike Eastling, Public Works Director; Brian
Young, Utility Superintendent; and Cheryl Krumholz, Recording Secretary.
Staff Present:

Public Works Director Eastling reviewed the original and updated proposed $5.8 million
bonding projects.
Utility Superintendent Young explained the projects in more detail, including the expanded
recarbination basin and failing interior of the water tower.
The City Council went on a tour of the water plant.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:10 p.m.
