RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR
7701 AND 7717 NICOLLET AVENUE
WHEREAS, Menard, Inc. ("Applicant"), has requested final approval to combine
the property at 7701 and 7717 Nicollet Avenue in the City of Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as MENARDS RICHFIELD
ADDITION; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed final plat of MENARDS
RICHFIELD ADDITION on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at which all interested persons
were given the opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for MENARDS RICHFIELD ADDITION was
approved by the City Council after a public hearing was held on December 13, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, as follows:
1. The proposed plat of MENARDS RICHFIELD ADDITION satisfies the
requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances.
2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat MENARDS
RICHFIELD ADDITION pursuant to revisions showing that identify 50 feet
of right-of-way along Nicollet Avenue.
3. The Applicant must file the final plat with the Hennepin County Recorder or
Registrar of Titles, within 30 days of the approval of this resolution.
4. Staff is authorized to make changes as required by the Hennepin County
Surveyor's Office.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 13th day of
December, 2011.
