RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 506
EAST 67TH STREET TO RICKY A. GARLAND AND ANN L. GARLAND
WHEREAS
, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the
City of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) desires to convey certain real property pursuant to
and in furtherance of the Richfield Rediscovered Program adopted by the HRA, said
real property being described as follows:

WHEREAS
, the HRA is authorized to sell real property within its area of
operation after a public hearing; and

purchase agreement negotiated as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED
by the Housing and Redevelopment

1.A public hearing has been held and 506 East 67th Street is authorized to
be sold for $2,100 to Ricky A. Garland and Ann L. Garland
2.The Chairperson and Acting Executive Director are authorized to execute
a purchase agreement
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of July, 1999.
