HRA RESOLUTION NO. 713
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 7545 PENN AVENUE TO FLOYD SJOSTRAND
WHEREAS
, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota (HRA) desires to sell certain real property pursuant to and in furtherance of the
Apartment Remodeling Program adopted by the HRA, said real property being described as
follows:

Legal: Exhibit E-1, attached.
WHEREAS
, the HRA is authorized to sell real property within its area of operation after
a public hearing; and
WHEREAS
, the purchaser of the described property is Floyd Sjostrand, the adjacent
property owner, at a price of $1.00; and
WHEREAS
, a public hearing has been held after proper public notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED
by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota.
1.A public hearing has been held and 7545 Penn Avenue is authorized to be sold to
FloydSjostrand in accordance with an Apartment Remodeling Program Agreement.
2.The Chairperson and Acting Executive Director are authorized to execute
agreements necessary to complete the transaction.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota this 17th day of May, 1999.
