HRA RESOLUTION NO. 686
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
RICHFIELD REDISCOVERED PROPERTY AT 6921-12TH AVENUE
WHEREAS
, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the
City of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into contract with Key Land Homes, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS
, the new home is located is 6921-12th Avenue; and
WHEREAS
, performance security in the amount of $33,000 can be released to
Key Land Homes, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED
by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
1.The Certificate of Completion for 6921-12th Avenue can be issued.
2.The performance security can be released when the Completion
Certificate is issued.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 19th day of October, 1998.
