1998 HRA Resolution 0673 HRA RESOLUTION NO. 673 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR MERIDIAN CROSSINGS, PHASE I WHEREAS , the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into a Contract for Private Redevelopment (Contract) with Meridian Properties Real Estate Development L.L.C., a Minnesota limited liability company, d/b/a TOLD Development Company (Developer), dated November 6, 1995, pursuant to and in furtherance of the ILN Redevelopment Project heretofore adopted by the City and the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority; and WHEREAS , the Contract obligated the Developer to construct certain improvements to the property identified in that Contract; and WHEREAS , Section 4.7 of the Contract required the HRA to furnish the Developer with a Certificate of Completion upon completion of the Phase I construction in accordance with Concept Plans; and WHEREAS , the Contract establishes the form for the Certificate of Completion in Exhibit B; and WHEREAS , staff has found the improvements to be in accordance with the terms of the Contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield that the Executive Director and HRA Chair are directed to execute the Phase I Certificate of Completion and deliver same to the Developer.
