HRA RESOLUTION NO. 765
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION FOR
NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT
7025 NICOLLET AVENUE
WHEREAS
, the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City
of Richfield, Minnesota (HRA) entered into contract with Gerald Bros.’ Construction, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS
, the new home located at 7025 Nicollet Avenue is completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED
by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield, the Certificate of Completion for 7025 Nicollet
Avenue can be issued.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Richfield, Minnesota this 19th day of June, 2000.
